Anime Party Recap!

Sorry for the late posts, I've been very busy recently.


The anime party is over and everyone had a blast! There was lots of magic and some sweet rain, both real and item rain! :P
Everyone was looking animazing(is that even a real word?)!

Shop Refresh!

Hey guys,

The Chobots Shop has been refreshed with some awesome items! Including the new "Wings of Chopix!"

Forum Updates!

Hey guys!

Have you checked out the forum lately? If not, you should! The forum was updated with some cool new features, and from what I'm observing, everyone's loving it! Once again the team has amazed us with their talent!
Here are a few of the new features with a brief description:

Portal and Toggle Panel
The forum now has a new color! It also now has a 'Portal.' Clicking this button on the forum will take you to a page, depicting the latest posts, important news, amount of chobots online and the forum statistics.
To change settings, you'll have to click the 'Toggle Panel' button.

There's also now an alert setting in the User CP (Control Panel). It informs you about who posted on your threads.

Status Box

The title really says, it all. There's now a little section on the forum that allows Chobots to make status updates! This section is not for communication purposes. 

Like Button

This is another update that is pretty obvious by the title. If you like a post, let the world know you liked it by clicking the like button.

A few others

There are also a few smaller updates, such as:

• Tagging a user with the @ sign along with their username
• New emoticons   
• Updated image for whenever there's a new thread in a section or an old one.

These are just a few updates the Chobots team has in stored for us at this moment. I can't wait to see the others they have for us! If you have any suggestions, help or topics you want to discuss you can head over to the forum and start making threads! Just click this link.

Race to Space!

Hey guys!

I want to apologize for the late post, I was busy with some stuff.
There is a new contest in "Space Racing!" The contest started on June 17th and is bound to end on June 20th!

So far there has been a lot of spacing racing reported, you better hurry and try to make it in the top 3! If you spot any cheaters throughout this contest, send support@chobots.net an email with proof.

Also so add, a former designer by the name of iBoy, has returned! If you happen to see him around Chobots, don't be shy to welcome him!

Update: The Daily Draw has been updated so that, the more people enter, the greater the prize gets!

Hey chos,

Are you bored this summer?  If you are prepare your resume, and write to admin@chobots.net for some cool jobs! These jobs include: Premium Guru, Staff Author and Creative Director!

Who is a Premium Guru?
A Premium Guru is one who takes care of all the citizenship deals and The "New" Daily Draw." The Premium Guru makes sure that the people are satisfied with all his/her cool new ideas for the Shops!
Requirements: 

• Active
• Good communication skills
• Motivated worker
• Have an idea of what your doing

Who is a Staff Author?

The title says it all! You will be the one that makes the main blog posts. You'll also be working closely with the team taking down important documents and texts. Before you know it, you'll know everything about about chobots, more than Choproff!

Requirements:

• You should have an advanced level of writing skills
• You should be independent and also co-operative
• You should have a lot of time 

Who is a Creative Director?

This is my favourite. Chobots' future depends on you. With your wide and creative imagination, you are required to come up with "Fresh" ideas that you KNOW the people of chobots will love! Your ideas will be discussed and about how to make it a reality!

Requirements:

• You should be creative, organized and ambitious
• You should be able to find solutions to problems
• YOU MUST BE MOTIVATED

So if you are thinking of apply, as stated before, you can apply by sending an application to admin@chobots.net. Drop in a few laughs and you might be lucky! :)

Updates!

Hello Chobots!

I have some very interesting news for you today! Yesterday was the official announcing of the Chobots Council! The Chobots Council is a select group of people elected to represent the people of chobots. In this council there will be 8 chobots, each from the different groups in chobots such as: Juniors, Agents, Citizens, Journalist and Moderators.  You are free to campaign to ensure people to vote for you, but please keep it appropriate.

Who will be in the Council?
In the upcoming Council it will consist of:

• Jr. Junior Councilor
• Senior Junior Councilor
• Jr. Citizen Councilor
• Sr. Citizen Councilor
• Journalist Councilor
• Agent Councilor
• Moderator Councilor

Also, there is now a fun new way of winning prizes in-game! Chobots, may I introduce "The Daily Draw!"

To enter the daily draw, click the news icon that can be found at the bottom right of the screen. When you click the news icon, below featured player; you will see the "Daily Draw" button. Click it and a pop-up will come showing the day's offer. 

Everyday the prizes change. Yesterday's prize was 5 days of citizenship! The first winner of the "Daily Draw" was Illusiion! 

When I asked how many times did he enter, he answer 224 times! That's alot! Not to mention the cost of entering was 3500 bugs! He spent 784000 bugs! Can you believe it?

Pets Weekend Recap!

Hola choobts!

How is you weekend going? Yesterday's pets party was a blast, there was alot of magic, cool music and a few rain! In case you're a junior or you missed it, here are some pics!

Now, the contest winners! I must say, I was quiet impressed with these cool looking pets. The 3 owners of the best looking pets were:

Updates 7/12/2013

Hey guys,

This summer is really hot! Don't you agree? Anyways, I apologize for the late posts where I live we were experiencing a storm. During the storm it damaged my internet connection, however it is being fixed so I'll be back again soon!

Anyways enough about me, have you heard about the up-coming Pet Weekend? Well if you haven't heard about Pets' Weekend, it is a weekend completely dedicated to our chobot's pet. So get out your pets and show them off to the world!

 

If you think your pet is the best looking pet in chobots join the "Best Looking Pet Contest!" All you have to do is take a picture of your pet and submit it to this link. Also be sure to enter the "My Pet and I" contest! All you need to do is draw a picture or create a video of you and your chobot's pet depicting whatever you and your pet like to do best; then comment it to the same link above. Lastly, all citizens be sure to meet the team at the Citizen HQ for a pets party on July 13th, 8:00PM Cho-time.

NB: All entries for the contests listed above should be submitted until Sunday. No entries will be taken after that day.

Drawing Contest + Game Night

Hey guys,

Chobots is under maintenance and therefore is now down.

I think it's officially summer for all schools now! Time to enjoy this summer while it lasts.
There is currently a drawing contest live on chobots. If you are planning on entering, you should create a cool  picture of a chobot enjoying his/her summer at the beach!

You have until July 12, to come up with the most amazing chobot beach drawing! It can be drawn in real life or on chobots many undergrounds. Let the creativity begin!

Also, it's that time of the month again where chobots get competitive all around the world! If you said Game Night, you guessed correctly! This month's game night will be help on July 6th, starting at 9:00PM Cho-Time. Same rules apply as every other game night.

If you happen to come across a cheating chobot, take a picture (for evidence) and send it to support@chobots.net. You will receive a sum of 5000 bugs for turning this cheater in.

New Contest + July 4th Party

Hey guys,

How is the month of July going for you all?  I hope it's good! There's a new comic contest live on the main blog. I never got the chance to enter one of these! I'm going to enter and make the best of it.

Using the template above, you must create a comic depicting "How Gune was captured by the Nichos." This contest will last for 1 week, thus ending on July 10th.
Who is Gune? Gune is a popular NPC (Non-playable character) whom can be located in the Nichos Kingdom, inside Mission Agency. If you set him free, you will receive a Nicho mask!

USA's Independence Party!

As you probably might know, July 4th is the day Americans celebrate independence. In honor of this day, meet the chobots team on July 4th, at Rockemall Street at 8:00PM Cho-time.

At this party, one should expect loads of fireworks, other magic and......! Wait for it...! Rain! If your planning on attending get dressed in your finest red, white and blue! Moderators will be picking best outfits!
