How to become an agent?

What are agents, and what do they do?
Agents are trusted users who have played Chobots for a long time. These users are around to help new Chobots learn about all of the cool features on Chobots. In addition to helping new users, Agents move around watching over the game preventing bad users, Nichos, from causing problems.

What features do agents get?
Since agents are a big help to the Chobots Team, they are rewarded nicely. Agents have a blue coloured chat bubble and name plate so you can easily recognise them. In addition, they will receive a cool badge on their player-card in the upper right hand corner. A special room was developed for agents to chill out in, a graffiti wall to make Chobots beautiful, and a special agency catalog!

What happens if an agent breaks the rules?
It's always a shame when an agent has to be deagented. Agents are role models on Chobots, and need to obey the rules at all times. If you think an agent isn't doing their job properly, please email Support@Chobots.net with a picture, and we can see what's up.

What happens if an agent gets hacked?
Chobots has over 5 different methods to prevent accounts from being accessed without a password, or using an invalid password. Players of Chobots can only be 'hacked' if their password is weak, or they share their password, which is against the rules.

How do I become an agent?
To become an agent, you have to show off your helpful and friendly qualities. A great way to get involved in the community is to create a blog. Blogs with cool looking themes often get you more viewers, and more friends. Helping out new users and agents are also a great way to prove you deserve agency. Moderators and agents are always on the lookout for new potential candidates, so make sure you get noticed! Finally, remember that becoming an agent takes time. It could be a few weeks before you end up on an agent poll. Good luck!
